Sal Correia, Lda. is the first customer of SalOS. Every feature was designed by someone who's actually walked a baracha barefoot at 6am. The vocabulary, the workflows, the alert thresholds — all of it comes from real operations, not a generic 'food production' template.

The data model knows what a Lote is, why ZONA_C requires lab approval, why a 1000kg Big Bag isn't packed the same way as 25kg sacks, and why €29 Baumé is the precipitation-risk threshold. A generic ERP needs months of consulting to learn these. SalOS knows them on day one.
