The platform is accessed via web browser as a Progressive Web App.

3. Account Registration

To use SalOS, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Each organisation receives an isolated environment with its own data. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Subscription and Payment

SalOS is offered on a subscription basis with tiered plans. Pricing is available upon request. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect on the next billing cycle. All fees are quoted in EUR unless otherwise agreed.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be deactivated. Your data is retained for 90 days after deactivation.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SalOS, including harvest records, lab results, inventory, sales data, and client information. We do not access, use, or share your operational data except as necessary to provide the service. You may export your data at any time. Upon account cancellation, your data remains accessible for 90 days for export purposes.

7. Data Isolation and Security

Each producer organisation operates in a fully isolated environment with row-level database security. Your data is never mixed with or accessible to other organisations. We employ HTTPS encryption, encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure is hosted on European servers.

8. Acceptable Use

9. Availability and Support

We aim to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. All plans include email support. Pro and Enterprise plans include priority support with faster response times. We do not guarantee specific response times on the Free Trial or Basic plans.

10. Intellectual Property

SalOS, including its design, code, branding, icons, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the service provider. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform. You retain ownership of your data and any content you create within the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

SalOS is provided 'as is'. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
